British African Business Alliance work with business schools, training providers and other partners to support our members with program that improve knowledge, leadership, and organisational efficiencies.
With the restrictions brought on by the COVID’19, our courses are now for the foreseeable future going to be online led and structured around our members schedule.
The Small Business Leadership Programme (SBLP) is designed to help SMEs in England to improve their leadership skills and enable learning with peers. Participants on the programme will gain relevant training that will develop Strategic leadership skills and boost business performance.
The programme is delivered through a consortium of leading university business schools and fully funded by the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) for eligible organisations.
This programme is an online virtual group session that brings together diverse cohorts of business leaders so they can discuss and manage challenges their business is facing. The programme participants would be assigned groups and sessions relevant to their business environment and the training will cover HR, Sales and Marketing, Finance and performance management.
Open only to Small and Medium sized businesses based in England with 5 employees or more.
This programme explores risks SME organisations face online. It covers the impact of cyber theft, fraud and explores ways organisations can mitigate this risk. Participants will be equipped with a variety of best management practices and tools to boost business productivity, efficiencies, and profitability. The programme also covers post-pandemic competitiveness and how to position your organisation to be safer and more resilient for the future.
Eligible organisations can participate in this program under a government funding scheme.
